Todd Yeates is a renowned structural and computational biologist with more than 250 papers and patents covering the areas of molecular biology, biophysics, protein structure determination methods, computer algorithms, AI, and protein design.  Beginning some 20 years ago, Yeates invented the area of designed protein cages, producing the first such laboratory-engineered nanoparticles and laying the foundation for broad applications in nanotechnology and medicine.

Peter Bowers brings 20 years of biologics drug discovery to AvimerBio.  He previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Biotherapeutics for TRexBio focusing on immune related diseases. He has held senior leadership positions in both academic and industry settings focused on therapeutic antibody discovery, including as Associate Professor and Director of the David Geffen School of Medicine Therapeutic Antibody Lab at UCLA. He has had primary responsibility for advancing 10 drugs to the clinic, including 2 FDA approved antibodies.

Adam Sragovicz is an accomplished CFO, with a 20-year track record, leading dozens of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions. His leadership at Conduit Pharmaceuticals involved both the initial IPO and the reverse merger process. He has also held financial leadership positions at Presidio Property Trust and Encore Capital Group, and worked previously at KPMG.
